Am presently going through a deceased loved one's "collections" of a lifetime.(she died 5 yrs ago at age 93) I am looking to donate some things to museums while I will also try to satisfy collectors by selling to them items they are interested in buying...but dont know exactly how to go about it. Am searching the webs for "answers"....is there a collectibles book or magazine out there to help? She has menus from cruises in the 1960's (possibly earlier), maps of various places in Europe and an assortment of interesting "papers and pictures". In particular and of note are her stored checkbooks of long ago when banks gave "hard covers" to customers' for their check books. There are also many slides of places that have changed greatly over the years since they were captured by her camera. I need to find prices of these things mentioned to get their full worth...not just monetary worth but "for posterity". As she was a professional career lady I know where some of her belongings are headed...considering they will be preserved in an area of her life's choosen field. Have you any suggestions as to where I can find what I am looking for? Alva N
